IE Sucks

well i was applying the new theme last night and all went well as most of you probably can see (i like it a lot better it’s clean and simple still but with some more style), and i came across the bane in every web programmer’s side that is IE‘s non-compliance with the web standards, if you’re viewing this page with a mozilla-based browser or opera then you’re in good shape, if you’re using IE the sidebar may jump to the bottom of the page, i found out this is because IE doesn’t use the outline for CSS that the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) it instead uses how microsoft CSS should work, this is proving to be a real pain in the rear for me. So for now i’ll explain the problem and my current band aid for it, ok the problem is that the microsoft CSS implementation isn’t dynamicly resizing the images like it’s supposed to (like it does in firefox and opera), so for now i just have to link images or make sure to scale them small enough that it doesn’t impact it, so for now boycott IE, and download firefox or opera (i prefer firefox but opera is very nice as well)
